 Eve Jay & I recorded a new episode of our podcast on the disastrous Star Trek streaming movie "Section 31", and I drew a new cover illustration. Using the color palette from the movie's marketing images was a lot of fun!

Podcast cover: DOWNLOW'D

I've been a big fan of Downlow'd: The Rise and Fall of Harry Knowles & Aint-It-Cool News, a very interesting investigative podcast about the complicated history of movie news site Ain’t It Cool News, and was thrilled when I was asked to draw their mid-season cover art last April.

It's based on AICN's "Harry" cartoon character and the ending of King Kong:

Radio Nukular Forscht

Popular German geek nostalgia podcast Radio Nukular are starting a new spin-off show called "Radio Nukular Forscht", and I got to illustrate the cover. The poster in the middle is going to be different every time, but the rest will be reused for all episodes.

I got to do another cover illustration for season 3 of this German "Westworld" podcast:

Because the official poster artwork for the new Westworld season didn't come out until I had already started working on this, I ended up doing two different versions of the background. Here's the first one that didn't end up being used:

Club 19 Season 2 Podcast Cover

Two years ago, I already did a podcast cover illustration for season 1 of the German Stephen King podcast Club 19. Now, they're in the middle of season 2 and I got to do a new one.

Trek & Gold season 2

It's already been a few weeks since we finished the second season of our podcast "Trek & Gold", but I just realized that I never posted anything about it on this blog.

Just like during the first season, Eve Jay and I did in-depth podcast recaps for every episode of the second season of Star Trek: Discovery. Radio Nukular #84

I made another cover illustration for the popular German nostalgia podcast Radio Nukular. This episode is all about the hip-hop music career of one of their members, Max aka. Rockstah.

Rockstah likes to dress up as The Penguin from Batman, which explains the outfit, and the overall layout is inspired by the album cover for Bob Seger's "Beautiful Loser".
