As some of you might know, I'm not only a comic artist, I also sing in a rock band. The name of the band is "Synapsengeflüster" and we just recorded a new song which is now available on our MySpace profile. The song is called "Der Egozentriker" (all our lyrics are in German). It's the first time I've written all of the lyrics.


We also have a website (which I designed).

Last week, we did some life drawing at university. The first sheet contains some quick one minute sketches, the other two drawings took about 15 minutes.

JAZAM! Vol. 2 preview

These are the first two panels from the short comic I am currently working on. It's going to be published in the second volume of the German anthology book JAZAM! which I am editing and layouting. Check out the website!
The story was written by Nico Simon and is going to be 6 pages long, the first of which I just finished.

Finally, I have my own blog! I have grown tired of updating my old homepage lately and I thought a blog would be a good way to get my stuff online fast.
I'm starting it with this drawing of my girlfriend and myself:

I drew this as an anniversary gift to her. I took lots of pencil sketches until I got the resemblance right. The final image was inked digitally with Painter and I'm relatively happy with the result. My hair is shorter now, though. ;)
